Job Title: Production Administrator
Job Description
The Production Data Administrator – Timekeeping & Project Progress is responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate production data. This role ensures the integrity of timekeeping records and tracks project progress to support the overall efficiency of production operations. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
+ Collect, organize, and maintain accurate production data.
+ Ensure the integrity of timekeeping records.
+ Track project progress effectively.
+ Facilitate seamless data flow between production teams and management.
+ Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
+ Maintain confidentiality of employee timekeeping, payroll data, and project progress.
MUST HAVE Skills
+ 3+ years of data entry experience.
+ 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
+ Proficiency in Excel.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with warehouse management systems.
+ Willing to wear PPE and work out on warehouse floor
+ Strong material handling skills.

Work Environment
The position is based in a warehouse environment where steel toes and safety glasses are required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
