Job Title: Electronics Assembler II

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electronics Assembler II to join our production team. This role involves hand soldering components to printed circuit boards (PCBs), performing rework, and conducting quality assessments using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, a commitment to quality, and hold an IPC-A-610 certification.

Responsibilities

+ Solder components to PCBs based on assembly workbook instructions.

+ Operate AOI and X-Ray equipment for quality checks and initiate the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process as needed.

+ Perform simple and intermediate rework on non-conforming boards.

+ Separate PCBs from assembly array frames.

+ Conduct quality checks post conformal coat or epoxy processes.

+ Support surface mount machine operators with hand-added components.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in soldering, SMT, PCB, and Surface Mount Electronic Assembly.

+ Proficiency in soldering through-hole components.

+ Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

+ IPC-A-610 certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
