Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC routers, vertical mills, and lathes to machine plastic parts according to customer specifications and shop routings. The role involves running multiple CNC machines simultaneously and performing first piece and in-process inspections using precision instruments, hand tools, and other equipment as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate CNC machinery.
+ Adjust programs and tool offsets at the machine using general knowledge of M&G Codes.
+ Read and understand blueprints and setup sheets.
+ Deburr parts as needed while machine is running.
+ Perform offline operations while machine is running.
+ Verify good parts at machine.
+ Perform first piece and in-process inspections.
+ Use measuring tools to verify parts.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work area.
+ Perform other tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ CNC setup experience required.
+ High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience and/or training.
+ Mathematic aptitude including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, fractions, and decimals.
+ Ability to use measurement tools such as Tape Measure and Digital Caliper.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with lathes and vertical mills.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints.

Work Environment
The work environment is representative of a typical manufacturing setting. While performing the duties, employees may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate. The position offers two shift options: 1st shift from 4 am to 2 pm Monday to Thursday, and 2nd shift from 2 pm to 12 am Monday to Thursday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
Full benefits - vision, dental, 401K, HSA, and vacation.

This is a fully onsite position in Green Bay,WI.
