Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to support our manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, supply chain processing, and product testing. This role involves working with prototype PCBs, procuring components, maintaining office equipment, and handling international and domestic shipments.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot electrical failures on circuit boards.

+ Construct and wire ultrasonic transducers for ultrasonic cleaning units.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics for accurate construction and wiring.

+ Perform routine hi-pot testing and impedance analysis on ultrasonic transducer arrays.

+ Build and wire electrical control cabinets and boxes, including installing timers, relays, switches, and PLCs.

+ Develop cleaning procedures for ultrasonic transducer components.

+ Clean parts for the transducer assembly team.

+ Perform transducer repairs and minor circuit board soldering.

Essential Skills

+ Strong mechanical assembly experience.

+ Proficiency in soldering and wiring.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Electronic technical certificate.

+ 2 years of experience in electronics, manufacturing, and test equipment.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MRP systems.

+ Strong electronic troubleshooting ability.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ewing, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
