Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker for the 2nd shift, working from 2:15 pm to 12:45 am, Monday through Thursday, with a half-day on Fridays. You will typically work 40-45 hours per week. In this role, you will operate hand tools to shape Structural Insulated Panels, following blueprint specifications, to complete the finishing process prior to wrapping and shipment.

Responsibilities

+ Operate hand tools to shape and finish Structural Insulated Panels.

+ Follow blueprint specifications accurately to ensure quality.

+ Prepare panels for wrapping and shipment.

Essential Skills

+ 1 year of experience reading tape measures.

+ 1 year of manufacturing experience.

+ Eagerness to learn and be trainable.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficiency in general production and machine operation.

+ Experience in general labor tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
