Position Overview

+ This position supports overnight operations, ensuring smooth end of shift transitions and readiness for morning production. The role is critical in assisting drivers, maintaining equipment, and supporting customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist box truck and CDL drivers as they return from routes, including unloading product racks and washing delivery carts.

+ Provide support to the on duty Fleet Manager for any immediate needs (e.g.last-minute rack deliveries, route corrections, or emergency coverage).

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the truck bay area, including washing down the bay once all trucks are parked.

+ Monitor incoming calls from the customer (typically between 0500–0800) and respond promptly to resolve any delivery related issues.

+ Ensure all trucks and equipment are secured and ready for the next shift.
