We're growing rapidly and are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Senior Technical Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of our client's enterprise agentic AI infrastructure and data platform. This role combines strategic product leadership with comprehensive data platform management to ensure seamless, enterprise-grade development, deployment, maintenance and evolution of agentic AI systems at scale. You will be responsible for both the technical platform that powers AI agents using AWS Bedrock and other agentic frameworks/tooling as well as the underlying data infrastructure that ensures high-quality, accessible data for AI systems.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Define and execute the Product Vision and long-term product roadmap for our agentic AI platform infrastructure, including multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, and autonomous decision-making systems
. Drive the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of AWS Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph, and other agentic frameworks for complex multi-agent workflows and task automation
. Partner closely with AI/ML engineers, platform engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications and development priorities
. Participates in PI planning by defining and presenting the business intent, planned Features, and highlighting any known dependencies and milestones throughout each Program Increment, and providing fast Program-level decisions within the event . Collaborates with Change Management to prepare for platform product releases
. Optimizes the user experience for human-in-the-loop (HITL) users of AI agents
. Establishes repeatable agent patterns and artefacts for use on the platform
. In collaboration with engineering and product leaders, define and deliver the data platform strategy, ensuring data readiness, quality, and accessibility for AI/ML workloads, including data pipelines, governance, and real-time processing capabilities
. Engage directly with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand pain points, gather feedback, and drive product-market fit for agentic AI solutions. Conduct continuous user research to understand what customers need and want, using those insights to inform the vision and roadmap
. Continuously refining Epics into Features, prioritizing, and sequencing them on the PI Roadmap, and working with Product Owners within the ART to translate Features into Stories that will satisfy the Product Vision
. Managing product requirements for building and scaling developer-facing tools and APIs that enable rapid deployment of agentic AI applications across diverse enterprise use cases
. Work with business and engineering stakeholders to maintain alignment as priorities and scope change and demonstrate thought leadership by championing the Product Vision for the platform across the enterprise
. In collaboration with engineering, architecture, and AIOps/AgentOps stakeholders, implement and maintain comprehensive data hygiene practices, including automated data validation, lineage tracking, agent evaluation, and quality monitoring systems that support reliable AI agent decision-making
. Manage the product requirements and successful implementation for seamless integration between data platforms and agentic AI systems, optimizing for low latency access, scalability, and cost efficiency
. Manages platform reliability and user experience to optimize the impact on AI agent effectiveness and user experience
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML platforms and data infrastructure. Leadership experience of product managers and LLM-based products is preferred
. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technical platform products, preferably in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML services, or data platforms
. Experience building B2B or enterprise products with complex stakeholder requirements, compliance needs, and large-scale adoption challenges
. Experience with the AWS technology stack as well as strong knowledge of established and emerging generative and agentic technologies, including AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, LangChain/LangChain, Ragas and similar
. Exemplary understanding of LLMs, RAG, agent patterns
. Strong understanding of LLM architectures, distributed systems, microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-native development patterns
. Understanding of LLM lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and data operations best practices . Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-team initiatives and influence outcomes across engineering, architecture, data science, and business teams
. Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and customers
. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution priorities
. Experience gathering customer feedback, conducting user research, and translating insights into actionable product improvements

. Success driving technical initiatives across multiple teams and organizations
. Skill in managing technical disagreements and building consensus around product decisions
. Understands and can strategically analyze the trade-offs of product decisions for platforms, including the downstream impacts on product roadmaps, capabilities, customers, and other stakeholders
. Ability to think strategically throughout every phase of a product's development . Ability to objectively enforce prioritization to successfully complete tasks and meet goals and deadlines
. Skilled in leading activities to support the delivery work including delivery launch communications, training materials, user acceptance testing, business validation, success criteria measurement and analysis, and post-deployment analysis to identify improvements
. Active contribution to building inclusive, high-performing product management teams
. Strong experience with agile methodologies
. Skilled in delegation, including being able to clearly portray expectations for tasks
. Ability to communicate clearly complex business needs to leaders, managers, architects, and other technical stakeholders
. Collaborates with Engineers, Product Managers and Program Managers to determine cross-product and cross-program impacts, interdependency of work and priorities, and plan for communication and coordination
. Ability to manage legal, compliance, and security aspects of the Product by collaborating across the enterprise
. Holistic approach to platform design considering scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability
. Ability to quickly master new technologies and evaluate their applicability to existing systems
. Commitment to creating comprehensive product documentation and team knowledge transfer
. Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI governance framework
Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $214,800.00.
