We’re seeking Civil and Environmental Engineering Interns with an interest in Water Engineering to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects for both local and global clients.
As a Water Engineering Intern work would include development and application of environmental and water analyses, to support local, regional, state, and federal water management planning and design studies; planning and design for stormwater, water quality retrofits, and other water projects; performing research, technical writing, and development of documentation and studies as well as data collection, processing, and analysis to support water planning activities.

This role will also include...
* Assist project engineers with open channel flow analysis and basic hydraulic calculations for irrigation systems.
* Support preparation of design documents, including drawings, plans, and specifications under supervision.
* Help compile cost estimates and quantity take-offs for irrigation infrastructure projects.
* Perform data collection, organize technical information, and assist with hydraulic modeling tasks.
* Contribute to quality checks and document reviews to ensure compliance with project standards.
* Provide general project support, including coordination with team members and maintaining project files.
* Enrollment in a degree seeking program in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or another closely related field.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
* Previous intern experience with a consulting or engineering firm
* Relevant coursework or projects
