    We are looking for an Electrical BIM Lead in Tempe, Arizona to drive excellence in project setup, standards development, and quality assurance for advanced electrical design projects. Join us and you will have the chance to work on semiconductor manufacturing projects and other state-of-the-art industrial facilities. In this role, you will establish and maintain BIM standards, configure project environments, and ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee model integrity, conduct clash detection, and implement quality control processes to deliver accurate, high-performing designs. Beyond technical leadership, you will mentor and train designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Working autonomously within established practices, you will solve complex challenges, propose process enhancements, and guide your team in producing world-class deliverables for global clients.     * High school graduate or equivalent

    * At least 9 years of relevant experience in design utilizing 3D modeling / drafting

    * At least 3 years of design experience with Revit and Navisworks

    * At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Lead

    * Proficiency in AutoCAD

    * Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Tempe, AZ

    Ideally, you’ll also have:

    * Knowledge and application of NEC and electrical design requirements

    * Two-year associate’s degree in relevant field

    * 2 years of semiconductor experience
