As a Senior Transportation Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact projects and strategic growth. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, cultivate client relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference. What You’ll Do:
•Lead teams through all phases of project delivery—from planning to closeout
•Ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met while exceeding client expectations
•Champion health, safety, quality, and risk management across every project
•Drive business development efforts, from client engagement to contract negotiations
•Oversee roadway, highway, and traffic engineering designs
•Provide technical guidance and quality oversight
•Develop creative solutions tailored to client and site needs
•Strengthen relationships with UDOT and other key Utah agencies

•15+ years of transportation or Utah state government project management experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
•Utah Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
•Proven leadership of multi-discipline infrastructure design and construction teams
•Strong networks and relationships in the Utah transportation market, including existing and potential clients and other consulting firms.
