    Job Description

    Position Purpose:

    The account management co-op will serve as a key resource to the team.

    Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Directly reporting to the Director of Energy & Account Management.

    + Professional service to account relationships.

    + Prepare client reports, presentations, and account summaries.

    + Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through CRM (Salesforce).

    + Assist with contract management and renewal processes.

    + Support preparation of sales proposals.

    + Provide support for market research efforts.

    + Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up activities.

    + Analyze account performance metrics and prepare basic reports using excel, powerpoint, and Power BI.

    + Supporting project management requests as required by the rest of the upper management team.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience/Background:

    + High School Diploma/GED is required.

    + Currently enrolled in school obtaining BS/BA, preferably in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Accounting, Engineering, or relatable field.

    + Some energy, utility or related experience is preferred.

    + Prior experience in the energy, utility, or a related sector is a plus.

    + Prior experience in client engagement.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    + Good PC and Microsoft Office skills, strong Excel and Word skills required; Microsoft Access a plus.

    + Strong analytical/problem solving skills required.

    + Attention to details and ability to review materials for accuracy.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills.

    + Strong telephone etiquette.

    + Ability/flexibility to learn and apply new skills.

    + Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.

    + Ability to prioritize work.

    + High level of professionalism and integrity.

    Additional Information

    **Pay Range:** $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
