Job Description:

The Program Manager (PM) oversees, leads, and administers the setting up of client’s Salesforce Program. The PM is the individual ultimately responsible tthe agency. The PM’s primary responsibility is tdrive the entire efforts for setting up the Salesforce Org, implement client IT’s Big Ideas, application rewrite, governance, and operations. The PM must ensure that any risks tprojects are addressed tassist with timely completion and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements.

The PM will provide the following:

+ Strategic Planning & Leadership

+ Define and drive the overall Salesforce programme vision, strategy, and roadmap.

+ Align Salesforce initiatives with business goals and stakeholder priorities.

+ Lead cross-functional teams in programme planning and execution.

+ Program Oversight

+ Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.

+ Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.

+ Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across Salesforce implementations.

+ Stakeholder Management

+ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

+ Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritisation, and expectation setting.

+ Communicate status updates, milestones, and issues to senior leadership.

+ Process Improvement

+ Analyze and improve business processes through Salesforce automation and tools.

+ Champion best practices in CRM adoption, data quality, and user engagement.

+ Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and analytics.

+ Technical Oversight (Non-Coding Role)

+ Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects on technical solutions.

+ Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the Salesforce platform.

+ Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).

+ Change Management & Training

+ Lead change management efforts tsupport adoption of Salesforce features.

+ Plan and coordinate training programs for users and stakeholders.

+ Support user onboarding and provide enablement resources.

+ Reporting & Analytics

+ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for Salesforce initiatives.

+ Deliver dashboards and reports that provide business insight and value.

The following are the big ideas being implemented over the next 2 years:

+ Transition of applications from legacy agencies into the client Salesforce Org.

+ Implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

+ Implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

+ Aligning Licensing Applications

This position will function as a highly skilled PM that also includes:

+ Provide general project management support which includes developing and maintaining work breakdown structures, assisting project teams with developing and maintaining project schedules, assisting with the requirements definition process, interfacing with technology subject matter experts, working with project managers tdrive projects towards on-time completion, within budget and meeting quality standards.

+ Working with project teams tidentify risks and issues. Identifying mitigation strategies.

+ Conduct status meetings and perform risk assessments, track action items and provide reporting needed by the Division Leadership.

+ Implement risk mitigation strategies tensure high quality and on-time delivery of projects.

Experience:

+ Solid experience in leading the implementation of workflow automation solution including gathering and creating efficient business workflow process.

+ Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, technology management best practices, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.

+ In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools.

+ Experience in managing several different priorities and responsibilities.

+ Excellent documentation skills.

+ Experience creating detailed project documents including project charter, implementation plan, test plan, deployment plan, and reports and giving presentations based on the appropriate audience.

+ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

+ Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

+ Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure and website development projects from conception through completion while working with cross-functional teams.

+ Experience performing business analysis and/or project management for software development projects.

+ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

+ Experience in vendor management.

+ Excellent decision and critical thinking skills

Mandatory Requirements/Time

Mandatory

+ Competency in Microsoft applications, including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred

+ Large-scale Salesforce implementation experience is preferred.

Required Skills:

+ 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study

+ project management experience in Information Technology projects and a proven track record of handling multiple projects concurrently7Years

Highly Desired Skills

+ Project Management PMP credentials is preferred.
