What does a Marketing Operations Manager do?
The Marketing Operations Manager will leverage an existing skillset of strong data, technical, and project management experience to achieve both effective and efficient processes, project implementation, and system utilization.
In collaboration with the Director of Corporate Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager develops strategy and execution to support the goals and fulfillment of the Marketing Technology Roadmap, Corporate Strategic Plan and Marketing Strategic plans in alignment with the established budget.
+ Collaborates cross-functionally within the Marketing team to manage marketing projects, implement new technology, leverage system integrations, design new workflows, and create efficiencies.
+ In fulfillment of the Marketing Strategic Plan, collaborates with all bank departments to understand their goals and objectives and allocate digital marketing resources to help them achieve their goals.
+ Establishes and maintains a technical and working knowledge of Marketing technology stack. Salesforce (email, journeys, reporting, CRM), Timetrade, workzone, workfront, etc.
+ Ensure the effective and efficient use of the existing marketing, CRM, and reporting solutions.
+ Map work process flows by coordinating information and requirements across marketing disciplines.
+ Design, document, and implement new, repeatable, and scalable marketing processes.
+ Represent the Marketing area as Project Management Office (PMO) Liaison
+ Manage and communicate with the Marketing team active and future projects, and associated timelines, tasks, and goals.
+ Coordinate Marketing resources to be assigned to projects.
+ Evaluate new solutions to ensure they meet identified requirements and system integrations.
+ Identify and evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
+ Plan, execute, monitor, and report on survey activities fulfilled both internally and with third party vendors. (Avannis, MasterCard)
+ Assists in the gathering of information for internal and external audits, exams, and risk management reporting.
+ Perform annual facility/branch audits for customer and brand experience. Coordinate with Compliance audits for efficiency and communication when appropriate.
+ Coordinate the fulfillment of the Annual Report and Statement of Condition, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. Collaborate with Director or Corporate Marketing on cover. Track dates and collect content for President’s letter and marketing pages to include retirements, ASH, memoriams, etc. Coordinate printing and mailing.
What is needed to be successful in this role?
+ A B.S. or B.A. degree in marketing, communications, and business management related subjects normally required.
+ A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in related positions normally required.
+ Project management or related experience required.
+ Data and analytics experience required.
+ Strong education, knowledge, or training in information systems and technical support strongly preferred.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
+ Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
+ Banking/financial services experience strongly preferred.

Compensation range - $88,500 - $110,000
The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
