What You Can Expect

A Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. He or she will work closely with our product development and design teams to bring concepts to life and maintain a consistent brand identity across all our platforms.

Monogram's surgeon-guided semi- and fully autonomous robotic technologies are expected to add new and differentiated capabilities to Zimmer Biomet's already broad suite of customer-centric technology solutions. By joining this team you will be taking part in cutting edge technology used to improve patient outcomes and relieve pain for patients across the globe.

How You'll Create Impact

Principal Responsibilities:

+ Work with the Product Team to implement findings from user needs and use this data to inform user-centric design decisions. Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.

+ Visual Design: Utilize your Adobe Creative Suite expertise to craft stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and design principles.

+ Multimedia Design: Leverage your proficiency in InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects to create engaging multimedia content, including promotional videos, animations, and interactive presentations.

+ 3D: Knowledge in 3D rendering using programs like Solidworks or Blender is a huge plus.

+ Web Design: Utilize services like webflow to maintain and add visually impactful material to our company website.

+ Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and engineers, to translate requirements into cohesive design solutions.

+ Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement and use these insights to refine and iterate on designs.

What Makes You Stand Out

+ Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

+ Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and composition.

+ Familiarity with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions based on user feedback and data.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

+ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe XD

Your Background

+ Required:

+ Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.

+ Preferred:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

+ Experience using Figma
