Position Overview
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage multiple stages of sales shipments and orders, primarily for food and meat products. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with sales representatives, vendors, and government agencies to ensure accurate and timely shipments, while maintaining compliance with international regulations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and track shipments and orders using internal systems and Oracle.
+ Collaborate with sales reps, vendors, and customs officials to ensure smooth delivery.
+ Maintain accurate documentation for international compliance.
+ Communicate with vendors and resolve issues promptly.
+ Manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel).
+ Strong administrative and data entry skills.
+ Soft Skills:Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
+ Experience:2–3 years in logistics or related field, OR with a relevant degree (Business, Operations, Analytics).
+ Import/export experience preferred; international shipping is a plus.
Work Environment & Benefits

+ Training provided on Oracle and internal systems.
+ Competitive pay: $22/hour (contract-to-hire).

+ 401(k) with 4% match after 6 months.
+ Annual merit bonus eligibility after 12 months.
+ PTO: 13 days annually, increasing after 3 years.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
