We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to manage front-of-house services, assist with event planning, and maintain daily records of space bookings. This role requires interfacing with the community and ensuring smooth operations of vendor deliveries while promoting goodwill within internal departments.
Responsibilities
+ Manage all front-of-house services and appropriately direct incoming queries.
+ Plan and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including furniture, signage, and equipment.
+ Maintain and update daily records of space and room bookings, as well as up-to-date event calendars.
+ Coordinate elevator usage, lighting needs, and air or heating requirements with building management.
+ Schedule vendor deliveries and coordinate access as necessary.
+ Support other facilities team services as required.
Essential Skills
+ Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently with customers at all levels.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Windows Office platforms.
+ Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and act as a team ambassador.
+ Detail-oriented and organized.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Experience in reception, concierge, or related field.
+ Mailroom experience and shipping and receiving experience.
Work Environment
The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The environment requires interfacing with the community, managing vendor deliveries, and coordinating with building management for elevator and climate control needs. Professional attire is expected.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
