Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR processes, analyzing metrics, and implementing talent initiatives to ensure data integrity and effective performance management. You will collaborate with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders to enhance HR practices and policies. Your role is crucial in supporting leadership to make necessary modifications to policies and procedures and in fostering an engaged work environment.
Responsibilities
+ Provide day-to-day support for HR processes, including metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management.
+ Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes.
+ Continually improve HR practices and processes by leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Work with leadership to create, document, and maintain standard policies and procedures.
+ Partner with HR and functional managers to enhance an environment where employees are actively engaged in improving the business.
+ Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
+ Actively engage as a change agent to support business priorities and build high-performing, effective teams.
+ Assist with Global Mobility initiatives for the corporate population.

Work Environment
This position is based in-office in Cleveland, OH. You will be working onsite in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development within a growing company.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
