    Job Title: Sr. Accountant

    Job Description

    As a Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing general ledger accounts to ensure precise financial reporting. You will prepare and present financial statements, reports, and schedules in compliance with GAAP. Additionally, you will oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation, to ensure a consistent cash flow.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct bank reconciliations and manage daily cash operations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

    + Provide financial insights and analysis to leadership to support informed business decisions.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial and operational processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce.

    + Proven experience in financial accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.

    + Proficiency in financial statement preparation, reporting, and reconciliation.

    + Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and GAAP standards.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

    + Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.

    + Experience in public accounting or audit exposure is a plus.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.

    Work Environment

    This role is based in an office environment. The position offers benefits such as a 5% match on 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
