We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our client's team and support critical decision-making in a global supply chain environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who excels at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. You will collaborate with senior management and technical teams to design, implement, and maintain robust data solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Position Summary
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data processes, creating insightful dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You will play a key role in database management, ETL automation, and advanced analytics to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and clients to define data requirements and best practices for data manipulation, storage, and analysis.
+ Design, implement, and maintain large-scale enterprise ETL processes for data integration and automation.
+ Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, data models, and DAX calculations for real-time reporting.
+ Modify existing databases and direct programmers/analysts to implement changes as needed.
+ Test programs and databases, troubleshoot errors, and apply necessary modifications.
+ Provide actionable insights through advanced data analysis to support supply chain decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Technical Expertise:Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX).
+ Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
+ Experience with SQL and database technologies.
+ Analytical Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
+ Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience working in cross-functional and remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a global or multi-site supply chain environment.
+ Familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis).
+ Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)).
+ Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
