Qualifications:

+ 2+ years in manufacturing, scheduling, or logistics planning

+ Experience in quoting, project coordination, and basic project management
Job Description
As a Service Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient communication and scheduling processes. You will be responsible for optimizing technician utilization and ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce. This role requires direct communication with customers to understand their needs and schedule Field Technicians accordingly.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain regular communication with Field Technicians and Field Service Managers to monitor project status and schedule work assignments.
+ Document Salesforce cases and work orders with clear and accurate details, including service scope and updates from customers and internal communications.
+ Communicate with customers via telephone and email to determine solutions and schedule Field Technicians.
+ Enter necessary information into planning tools and technicians’ calendars.
+ Work with Field Service, Administration Manager, and Project Managers to assign priority levels to service requests and keep managers informed of changes.
+ Coordinate Field Technician trainees with experienced technicians for training opportunities.
+ Ensure technicians are not dispatched to customers on credit hold and provide necessary documentation to technicians.
+ Organize and attend meetings such as installation kick-offs and schedule reviews.
+ Continuously communicate with production for proper installation scheduling.
+ Provide formal cost estimates for Key Sold Service work and ensure work is accurately estimated and confirmed to all involved.
Work Environment
This position requires you to work fully onsite. The work hours are Monday through Friday, with start and end times varying between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
