    Job Title: Contracts Administrative Assistant

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to serve as an intermediary between Project Managers and the Contracts team for numerous customer engagements. This role requires the review and referencing of contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance, supporting proposal and bid development, and utilizing Salesforce CRM for data management.

    Responsibilities

    + Act as an intermediary between Project Managers and the Contracts team for over 50 customer engagements.

    + Review and reference contract documents, framework agreements, and Terms & Conditions for accuracy and compliance.

    + Identify and correct errors in contract documentation to align with company standards.

    + Support proposal and bid development by ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

    + Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and track contract status.

    + Engage with customers to obtain missing information or correct data discrepancies.

    + Coordinate internal and external outreach to facilitate contract execution and change orders.

    + Ensure all contracts and change orders are fully executed according to established processes.

    + Collaborate with the Contracts team for escalations involving Terms & Conditions changes.

    + Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience in an Administrative role supporting Contracts teams.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    + Experience with Salesforce CRM.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Strong administrative support skills.

    + Experience with clerical and legal document management.

    + Excellent data entry capabilities.

    Work Environment

    This position requires working onsite five days per week, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM and a one-hour lunch break. The role offers a long-term opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dublin, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
