    As the Senior Sales Training Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for all professional sales education and development within the Orthopaedic Instruments Business Unit. You will work in close collaboration with both Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure that all designed training and development programs developed are strategically aligned to drive top line revenue growth and annual business planning achievement. Also, provides strong coaching, mentoring and supervision to the sales enablement team to ensure best-in-class program development, planning and seamless execution.

    What you will do

    + Creating a learning and development strategy, curriculum that elevates the core capabilities of the sales team in areas required for the Orthopaedic Instruments BU to successfully achieve its long-term strategic planning financials.

    + Developing a strong collaborative, team-oriented environment between the Sales Enablement Team and the Sales & Marketing Teams; ensuring a high level of organizational engagement, support and resulting development

    + Works to with Sales and Marketing Leadership to intimately understand the business’ financial goals, operations model, various strategies, competitive position, challenges and culture in order to align the Sales Education learning & talent development strategy and initiatives to business goals.

    + Achieves sales education operational objectives by contributing learning recommendations to Orthopaedic Instrument’s strategic plans and reviews.

    + Ensures that all training is delivered to facilitate learning interventions with technology: in the classroom, virtually and social learning to foster knowledge sharing.

    + Ensures that the training is designed and executed as a capability-based curriculum to build competencies necessary for sales success in today’s environment.

    + Provide both appreciative and constructive feedback to all participants and key stakeholders involved in the Sales Education programs and the creation of resources.

    + Champions a culture of learning and a strong Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Education Training and Development function as well as own personal brand.

     

    What you need

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Minimum 10 years of experience required

    + Experience with teaching, mentoring, coaching and developing others

    Preferred:

    + Minimum 2 years of people management experience strongly preferred

     

    $115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
