Summary

This

is a Delivery Lead position on line assistant, Chat, and Voice Technology organization. The Delivery Lead is responsible for technology

deliverables and integration points. They must be strong at anticipating and quickly resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for

resolving blockers for the team. They will coordinate and onboard all technical partners. They will facilitate meetings, write project plans and provide

regular updates to stakeholders. The Delivery Leads are accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery.

Required

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

+ Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects.

+ Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams.

+ Experience in hybrid waterfall/agile environment. Working knowledge of JIRA is preferable.

+ Experience with Microsoft Project required.

+ Experience in contact center technology a benefit – call recording, routing, WFM, analytics, IVR, chat

FIELD

OF EXPERTISE:

+ Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time.

+ Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines.

+ Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.

+ Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

+ Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.

+ Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills.

+ Intermediate Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
