Shift Requirements: Monday, Thursday, Friday 08:00AM to 04:30PM Work from Home Tuesday and Thursday in office 08:00AM to 04:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Receive Intake Documents and Enter Data in POC platform

• Learn and Understand ICD.10 codes and Service description codes

• Learn and differentiate between payor sources

• Learn and excel in navigating POC platform

• Create Patient admission profiles in POC platform

• Manage Patient profiles and update with new service authorizations from payor sources

• Support BrightSprings Health’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies on HIPAA, FCRA, and other relevant laws. This includes familiarity with the Code of Ethics (LEGACY), completing training as required, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.

• 1+ year of experience in roles involving data entry, Health Industry billing and enrollment, or Medical specific coding.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to process admissions and authorizations.

• Proficient in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication and time management skills with the drive for accuracy and a high level of attendance.

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour depending on qualifications

The Central Eligibility Authorization Team Coordinator is responsible for the data integrity of all admission, discharge, transfer and authorizations, as well as, maintaining authorization updates in all service lines in states who are live with CEAT. The CEAT Coordinator interacts with each of business line operations throughout these states and ensures accuracy of data in order for clean claims to be realized.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
