    + Job Title: Branch Office Administrator (Junior Level)

    + Location: In office - Tucson, AZ 85701

    + Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

    + Duration: Permanent (Direct Hire)

    + Job Description:

    + Generate and review reports, update client account information

    + Handle phone calls and money movement requests

    + Communicate client needs to internal team members

    + Qualifications:

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    + Previous administrative or client service experience preferred

    This is a Permanent position based out of Tucson, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
