Pay: $21 -22/hr (based on experience and tenure)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Contract to hire: 6 months contract with opportunity for permanenet hire after contract

Job Description:
A Patient Services Associate is a Medical Call Center Rep and is responsible for assisting patients with inbound calls regarding patient care coordination and assisting with authorizations, referrals, and scheduling. This position provides on the job training but requires 1-2 years experience in a medical office setting or medical call center. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English for this position. On average you will be managing 60-80 incoming calls a day.
Must Have Skills:
Customer service
Experience managing a large number of calls 60+ calls a day or Call center experience
1-2 years working in a medical office setting or medical call center
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Insurance verifcation is a must
Good phone skills is a must
HMO insurance knowledge is a Must
Estimated Start date: 11/24 - 12/2

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burbank, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
