Role Overview: Baird is seeking a Salesforce Salesforce professional to join its Salesforce Delivery Team within Capital Markets Asset Management. This role is crucial for supporting various business and CRG groups, working on projects ranging from small applications to large, organization-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a strong mentorship mindset, and a collaborative spirit to help elevate the existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Salesforce delivery team across diverse business units.

• Engage in the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution architecture to project execution and implementation.

• Potentially serve as a liaison between architects and the delivery team for architectural work.

• Mentor and guide mid-level Salesforce administrators, fostering their technical growth.

• Act as a primary technical point person for business stakeholders regarding Salesforce solutions.

• Contribute to all levels of work, demonstrating a "no task is beneath me" attitude.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on EXPERT-level contributions.

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Experience with FSC (Financial Services Cloud) is a plus.

• Ability to build projects from scratch.

• Proven mentorship capabilities.

• Experience with Agent Force (Salesforce's AI wing) and Data Cloud is a significant plus.

• Apex code development experience (Lightning Web Components or other customized code) is a plus.

• Experience with MuleSoft is a huge advantage, as Baird is ramping up its use of this technology.

• Strong relationship navigation skills and technical proficiency.

• Must possess permanent work status authorization in the US.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
