We are looking for:
+ A **Commercial Excellence Project Leader** to join our Commercial Excellence (Customer Engagement Model - CEM) Team that sits under Syensqo’s Group Customer Officer
+ Within the Commercial Excellence team, experience the cutting edge of Commercial, Marketing & Sales strategy in action, and apply it across Syensqo:
+ Support our Global Business Units (GBUs) as an internal advisory team:
+ Grow topline & market shares through right capabilities, tools & governance
+ Capabilities: Accelerate value capture through Customer Segmentation, Channel Management, Key Account management, Pricing, NPS, Incentive structures, and Marketing
+ Tools: Steer the development of AI & digital solutions enabling the commercial teams to work better, faster (AI algo for leads generation, pricing; advanced analytics & Dashboarding)
+ Governance: Set-up & support the required strategic (Market Growth Plans, C-level insights) and operational governance (Sales Team Winrooms)
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to identify pain points & opportunities, develop & implement solutions, and measure actions impact - with an iterative approach
+ Leverage and support development of digital tools (Advanced Analytics Dashboards & Datalakes, AI models)
+ Develop & deploy playbooks (e.g. customer segmentation, value based pricing)
+ Contribute to upskilling the broader Syensqo Commercial organization
+ Develop & leverage advanced understanding of markets, products & customers
We count on you for:
+ As a Commercial Excellence Project Leader, you will drive sustainable transformation and deliver tangible impact:
+ Support to Customer Engagement Models programs & projects run in GBUs:
+ Perform sophisticated quantitative analyses (e.g. market & customer dynamics, pricing & volume trends), literature research (e.g. competition, products), and interviews
+ Structure & synthesize information, driving actionable insights & recommendations
+ Help formalizing presentations & documents;
+ Animate workshops and team discussions
+ Collaborate across functions & teams (e.g. GBUs, IT/ AI, Finance, HR)
+ Support internal team activities (e.g. knowledge management, recruitment, team & people development…)
+ Supervise, coach & develop junior resources in the team (Business Analysts, Interns)
+ Build a personal network of influential partners within the Group
You will bring:
This job requires experience in solving complex strategic problems in fast-moving, high-performance environments.
+ Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, at a top tier Institution
+ 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or comparable role in a global, top-tier corporate environment (e.g. Industrial, technology, FMCG)
+ Experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Marketing Campaign in CRM) or eCommerce in Industrial context is a plus

+ **Master Storytelling** - Turn data into compelling narratives & actionable insights
+ **Navigate Organizations & Stakeholders** - ability to work collaboratively in an international environment, adapting to different counterparty styles & preferences
+ **Deliver Projects** - Workplan, Identify & manage risks, and deliver on-time, on-quality

You will get:
+ Competitive salary and benefits package
+ The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $124,560 to $174,500 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
