    * Night shift 7PM-7AM

    * Day Shift 7AM-7PM

    * Split Shift (2) day & (2) nights

    About the Role

    Join Smurfit WestRock as a Bander Operator, where you\u2019ll play a key role in securing finished products for shipment. You\u2019ll operate banding equipment, ensure quality standards, and help keep production moving efficiently. Keywords: manufacturing jobs, machine operator, packaging operator.

    What You'll Do

    * Operate banding machines to strap and secure corrugated or paperboard products.

    * Inspect bundles for proper alignment, band tension, and labeling.

    * Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.

    * Maintain accurate production records.

    * Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

    What We're Looking For

    * High school diploma or equivalent.

    * Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.

    * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

    * Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

    * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
