About the job
In this role, you’ll work to shape the future of AI/ML hardware acceleration. You will have an opportunity to drive cutting-edge TPU (Tensor Processing Unit) technology that powers Google's most demanding AI/ML applications. You’ll be part of a team that pushes boundaries, developing custom silicon solutions that power the future of Google's TPU. You'll contribute to the innovation behind products loved by millions worldwide, and leverage your design and verification expertise to verify complex digital designs, with a specific focus on TPU architecture and its integration within AI/ML-driven systems.
As a Senior Silicon product supply specialist, you will build High Quality Manufacturing infrastructure and use this to ramp silicon products to HVM (High Volume Manufacturing). You will define, lead, and track our products' high volume manufacturing operations: Foundry, Assembly, CP/FT ATE test, System level Testing, Burn In and comprehensive unit traceability systems connecting units in a data center to all silicon manufacturing steps.
You will also drive Cycle time optimizations, Cost reduction and Yield improvements processes to meet customer schedules and quality needs. You will deliver products in a fabless semiconductor model using your deep knowledge of the full manufacturing flow including all test insertions, DFT, package assembly, and Silicon/Package qualification.
In this role, you will be selecting and managing suppliers who provide us wafer probe, assembly and final test capabilities to manufacture google cloud SOC’s.
You will be working with planning, operations, engineering and customer teams to resolve supply bottlenecks using your deep understanding of the OSAT operations, cycle time, yields/test times, capacity loading and product specifications.
