Manufacturing Technician 2

Lionbridgeis seeking Manufacturing Technician to join our experienced team on-site inCorvallis, OR. In this role, you will be a resource for operation andmaintenance of a wide variety of products, technology systems and other relatedequipment sets, with an emphasis on safety. No experience is necessary, and youwill receive full on-the-job (OTJ) training!

Shift-Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

WhatYou Will Do

+ Workeffectively with others within a collaborative Team environment.

+ Processmanufacturing work using automated and manual tools.

+ Safelyhandle manufacturing materials and equipment.

+ Visualquality control inspections of work product and tools processes.

+ Dailyreporting of work in progress, work completed, quality issues, and toolsissues.

+ Strictadherence to clean room policies including use of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) and comply with safety rules as required.

+ Completetraining certifications for various tools and processes.

+ Workingwith equipment and machinery with various levels of sound.

+ Workwithin a clean room environment with strict gowning requirements for extendedperiods of time.

ToBe Successful You Will Have

+ Cleanroom experience preferred.

+ 1-2years of manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Proficientin English; reading, writing, and speaking.

+ Strongwritten, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required with theability to effectively communicate with varied levels of employees.

+ Abilityto work independently and with a team.

+ Abilityto complete basic mathematical calculations, draw and interpret graphs/data,follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Bephysically able to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.

+ Bephysically able to sit or stand for extended periods, climb step stools, bend,kneel and stoop frequently.

+ Bewilling to perform repetitive, sometimes sedentary work.

+ Strongattention to detail with ability to follow detailed directions.

+ Atminimum, basic to intermediate user knowledge and experience with PC'sincluding Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and Access withcomfortability navigating and viewing web pages.

+ Mustbe 18 years of age or older.
