This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Are you passionate about transforming how organizations design and deliver Talent programs? LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Manager, Agile Design (HR Enablement) to lead the evolution of human-centered solutions. In this strategic role, you’ll champion an agile, product-driven approach—building cross-functional pods that rapidly design, test, and launch MVPs of Talent programs for our employees (our customers). Your work will ensure our HR offerings are human-centered, data-driven, and continuously improved, setting the standard for employee experience in a dynamic tech environment.

    What You’ll Do

+ Bring best-in-class product management practices to HR, ensuring solutions are aligned with business and employee needs.

+ Actively practice and evangelize customer-centric thinking throughout the entire org

+ Stand up and run agile pods focused on Talent program design and delivery, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.

+ Ability to synthesize business objectives, vision, and customer needs into actionable product strategies, planning cycles and executable roadmaps.

+ Reduce time-to-value and increase adoption of new talent offerings by streamlining design cycles and embedding customer testing.

+ Develop enterprise-wide HR agility, enabling teams to respond quickly to changing priorities.

+ Own key operating rhythms, optimize workflows, and create scalable systems that improve clarity, accountability, and execution.

+ Manages backlog management, sprint planning, and writes clear customer stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks.

+ Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and communication flows to enable better outcomes and faster decision-making.

+ Experiment with AI tools to automate processes, reduce manual overhead, and enhance visibility across teams.

+ Orchestrate and build team rituals that focus on strategic alignment, decision-making, and execution, ensuring teams are on track while resolving blocks that impede progress.

+ Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate design strategy and progress persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback.

    Basic Qualifications

+ 10+ years of experience in agile product design, product management, or HR program innovation

+ Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience

+ Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments

+ Experience with strategic, systems, and critical thinking approaches to solving complex business problems

+ Experience adapting and delivering iteratively in fast-changing environments

+ Experience with written and verbal communication in business settings, including simplifying complex information and collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels

+ Experience translating business and employee needs into scalable HR or productized solutions

    Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience scaling Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS) across large organizations

+ Hands-on experience with AI-enabled product development or digital experience platforms

+ Recognized experience serving as an agile design expert and advisor to program or product teams

+ Experience managing stakeholders and connecting cross-functional efforts to achieve shared outcomes
