    LinkedIn is looking for a Creator Management Lead to lead a team of Creator Managers working with prominent experts and professional creators on the platform, reporting into Executive Editor Laura Lorenzetti with the Global Editorial organization.

     

    This leader should be passionate about the idea of working with creators at scale and helping them achieve success on LinkedIn. The CM Lead will oversee a team of geographically dispersed Creator Managers, streamline team operations, set standards for creator identification and onboarding, drive new monetization initiatives and embed with cross-functional partners to grow creator success. This leader should have strong community building, creator management and strategy creation skills, as well as a desire to work in a fast-moving space where experimentation is key. They should have deep experience with monetized creator programs with a track record of successful growth.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead day-to-day operations of the Creator Management team with a focus on professional experts, creators and monetization.

    + Evolve and grow creator management program through high-quality onboarding alongside high-touch and scaled programming, while managing and enabling a team of top creator managers to help achieve success across the team.

    + Develop and execute content strategies tied to organic and monetization programs, tailored to professional creators, ensuring they maximize opportunities on the platform.

    + Understand the success of creator programming using a data-driven approach, tracking against goals.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Learning, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to advocate for creator needs and influence roadmap priorities. This role will drive feedback, shape feature development, and ensure creators have the tools they need to succeed.

    + Work with Creator Managers to continually improve the quality of published content and growth of the creator ecosystem. Help nurture important creator relationships, where needed.

    + Act as an evangelist for our Content Development team to creators on and off the platform.

    + Execute in a fast-paced and highly iterative environment

    Basic Qualifications:

    + 7+ years of experience

    + 3+ People management and team building experience

    + BS/BA degree OR equivalent experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Strong community-building skills

    + History building creator monetization programs

    + Ability to think analytically, understand metrics and adjust strategy accordingly

    + Comfortable navigating different topics and norms of any geo/sector/topic

    + Passion for creating and executing on strategy

    + Strong communicator, able to talk/share internally and externally about what LinkedIn is building/experiencing

    + Persuasive communicator in multiple forms, especially in writing and presenting before groups of all sizes

    + Can balance short-term wins against steady progress on the long-term vision

    + An efficient manager of self, others, ideas, and projects

    + An insatiable desire (and the ability) to learn more

    + Ideal candidate is a LinkedIn power user who is passionate about how we can help members learn

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

     

    The pay range for this role is $157,000 to $255,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
