• Senior AEM Workfront Developer

    We are seeking an AEM Lead with experience in Workfront integration (workflow), fusion, ADM experience. This hybrid role requires managing projects efficiently during day shifts with no travel obligations ensuring seamless integration and delivery of AEM solutions..

     

    Experience: 8+ Years

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

    Responsibilities

    • AEM configuration: Develop and customize AEM solutions, including templates, components, and workflows, to support digital asset management and content delivery.

    • Workfront administration: Manage user access, permissions, project setups, and custom forms and fields within Workfront.

    • Integration development: Use Workfront Fusion and APIs to build and maintain integrations between Workfront, AEM, and other enterprise applications (like Jira or Salesforce).

    • Workflow automation: Design and implement automated processes to streamline the content creation and approval lifecycle, ensuring assets have the correct metadata as they move between systems.

    • Collaboration and governance: Foster collaboration between teams and help establish governance frameworks for both AEM and Workfront to maintain system efficiency and compliance.

    • Reporting and support: Create reports to support compliance and audits and provide support and training to users.

    Qualifications

    • Technical expertise: Strong skills in both Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront.

    • Experience with Workfront Fusion for automation is crucial. ·

    • Integration and API knowledge: Experience connecting different applications using native connectors and APIs. ·

    • Digital asset management (DAM): Deep understanding of DAM principles, including metadata, workflows, and asset lifecycle management. ·

    • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
