Job Summary:

We are looking for a **Technical Lead – Cloud & .NET Development** to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications leveraging the .NET framework and Azure cloud services. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to guide teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

About the role

As a Technical Lead – Cloud & .NET Development, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable applications using .NET and Azure services. You’ll guide teams, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into robust solutions. This role blends hands-on coding with leadership, driving innovation through CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile practices.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the development: Writing, testing, and debugging code.

+ Designing and implementing new features.

+ Participating in planning meetings and technical reviews.

+ Support deployment.

+ Manage production issues for resolution

+ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Atlanta, GA.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET framework.

• Proven hands-on experience in building WebAPI

• Proficiency in SQL Server databases.

• Strong Hands-on working exp with Azure cloud services.

These will help you stand out:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of cloud-native application development and serverless architecture.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until November 23 rd , 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $105,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
