Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in managing complex implementations for large organizations.

This remote role requires strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EPM Planning, Freeform, and Essbase to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Salary range: **$138,000/year – $162,000/year**

In this role you will

+ Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Oracle EPM Planning Cloud solutions, specializing in Essbase FreeForm.

+ Drive migration of legacy Hyperion Essbase applications (ASO/BSO) to Oracle EPM Planning Cloud, including data, metadata, and business rules.

+ Configure and optimize Oracle PBCS/EPBCS components such as security, workflows, forms, dashboards, and integrations.

+ Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust EPM solutions.

What you need to have to be considered

+ 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level software implementations, with 10+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud.

+ Strong expertise in Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS), Freeform, and Essbase modules.

+ Proven experience managing multiple complex Oracle EPM projects for large organizations.

+ Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field.

+ 15+ years of combined Oracle EPM (Cloud & On-Prem) experience.

+ Advanced knowledge of financial processes including consolidation, close management, and account reconciliation.

+ Excellent leadership and client relationship management skills.

+ Ability to mentor teams and ensure adherence to best practices in architecture and development.
