CTG is seeking to fill a Fullstack Engineer position for our client in Dallas, TX.

**Duration:** 3 months

Duties:

+ Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

+ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across front-end and back-end systems.

+ Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Analyze incident trends and recurring issues to identify underlying problems (nice to have).

+ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document findings (nice to have).

+ Ensure compliance with internal standards and ITIL best practices (nice to have).

Skills:

+ Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET).

+ Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

+ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure concepts.

+ Knowledge of ITIL framework, service management processes, and reporting methodologies.

+ Proficiency with technology service management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management).

+ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

+ 10+ years of experience in technology operations or service management.

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), reporting, and problem management.

+ Exposure to infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application support.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
