As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

+ Deliver 1:1 behavioral support using ABA principles

+ Champion students’ academic and social goals alongside educational and clinical teams

+ Track progress and monitor behavior, supporting IEP teams with meaningful data

+ Create a consistent, respectful learning environment where every student can flourish

+ At least 6 months of ABA experience

+ High school diploma or GED

+ CPR and TB clearance (we’ll guide you through onboarding)

+ Ability to meet all state, federal, and district requirements
