Amergis Educational Staffing is proud to partner with a school in Fall River, MA to hire ABA Paraprofessionals for the 2025–2026 school year!

     

    This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with ABA experience who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to helping students succeed.

     
     

    + Location: Fall River, MA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

    + Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year

    + Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour (based on experience)

     
     

    + Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings

    + Implement behavior support plans based on ABA principles

    + Assist with academic activities and classroom routines

    + Collect and record behavioral and academic data

    + Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges

    + Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in behavior strategies

    ? Requirements

    + Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

    + Strong understanding of ABA principles, including reinforcement, prompting, and shaping

    + Experience with data collection, behavior tracking, and behavior management

    + Ability to implement behavior support plans with fidelity

    + Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in high-needs environments

    + Willingness to support other students and classrooms as needed
