Behavior Technician – Make a Meaningful Impact in Education ?

Amergis is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater Los Angeles County. If you have a background in ABA, behavior support, or intervention services, this is an opportunity to apply your skills in a setting that values your expertise and supports your growth.

This role offers the chance to work directly with students, collaborate with educators, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Position Details

+ Pay: $24–$27/hour, based on experience

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Location: School campuses throughout Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

+ Support students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

+ Implement individualized behavior plans and learning strategies

+ Collaborate with teachers and specialists to maintain consistency and structure

+ Foster a safe, calm, and supportive environment for student growth

+ Promote positive behavior and confidence through daily engagement

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles preferred

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
