A Day in the Life
We are looking for a strategic Global Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive and manage the LINQ Family of ICMs product portfolio. You’ll be empowered to set the global strategic direction, develop bold go-to-market strategies, and partner with global commercial teams to execute launches, drive adoption, and gain market share. As the global marketing lead for the LINQ product portfolio, you will work closely with talented cross-functional partners, and contribute to fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture that’s aligned to the mission and strategic objectives for the CDS portfolio - including diagnostics, remote monitoring, and digital health solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
• Lead the LINQ product portfolio from a global marketing perspective
• Build strategies that move markets and accelerate innovation
A Day in** **Life** **:** **
+ Drive complex projects with precision, applying strong project management skills to deliver on time and with impact.
+ Drive development of positioning and messaging market research to fuel compelling marketing materials/assets
+ Craft compelling product positioning and annual marketing plans through thoughtful strategic planning that moves markets forward, maximizes profitability of the portfolio and drives share gains.
+ Develop high-impact technical and marketing resources that empower the global sales force, while communicating effectively to share high-value insights.
+ Partner with global regions to collaborate on commercial and strategic plans, ensuring local execution accelerates global success.
+ Map and understand the customer buying journey to uncover barriers, create tailored solutions, and strengthen adoption at every decision point.
+ Conduct competitive surveillance in the monitoring and diagnostics space, monitor competitive activity, and develop responses.
+ Analyze clinical literatureand market signals to solve problems and translate insights into clear, actionable guidance.
+ Oversee global supply chain planning including forecasting, inventory management, and mix conversion modeling.
+ Prioritize initiatives and resources effectively to maximize portfolio impact while balancing global and regional needs.
+ Lead as the recognized Subject Matter Expert, trusted by customers and colleagues alike for your depth of therapy knowledge and ability to inspire confidence.
+ Collaborate with global colleagues to effectively communicateLINQ portfolio value proposition, differentiation from the competition and identify new market and segment opportunities to drive revenue, profitability and share.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders. Work with the team to define and execute on customer feedback planning – through market research, field travel & customer visits in support of the portfolio.
+ Turn insights into action by actively seeking feedback from customers and the field, identifying unmet needs, and transforming opportunities into bold marketing programs and forward-looking product strategies.
+ Partner extensively with geography partner marketing, marketing communication, strategic marketing, medical education, and supply chain.
+ Travel (global and domestic) 25% of time.
Must Have:** **Minimum** **Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 7+ Years of experience in marketing, sales, or technical experience (5 years with an advanced degree)
+ Medical device marketing experience
+ Global launch strategy and execution experience; downstream/commercial marketing experience
Nice to Have** **:
+ MBA or Advanced Degree
+ Clinical/technical understanding of cardiac therapies and medical devices
+ Global marketing perspective, demonstrated through developing and executing strategic plans across geographies, product lines, and diverse customer segments
+ Proven expertise in product management and/or project management, with a track record of driving initiatives from strategy through execution.
+ Demonstrated technical acumen and superb relationship building, interpersonal, and communication experience
+ Strong relationship building experience with clinicians, executives, field sales organizations, and distributors
+ Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt, pivot strategically, and thrive in a complex, cross-functional matrixed environment.
+ Proven success working on cross-functional teams, managing projects, and driving go-to-market strategies.
+ Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans and results.
+ Experienced in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$132,800.00 - $199,200.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns. Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
