What You'll Be Doing

**Job Scope:** This role manages sourcing for labor services – General maintenance, electrical maintenance.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

+ Lead RFQ activities and supplier negotiations across North America

+ Develop and execute supplier agreements, extensions, and change orders

+ Drive cost reduction and report sourcing savings by category

+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and reliability

+ Labor Contracts

Ideal Background

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

**Experience:** At least 5+ years experience sourcing on-site and/or embedded contractors – i.e. I&E, industrial cleaning, HVAC services & LDAR is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Strong negotiation skills (labor rates experience preferred)

+ Knowledge of 7-step sourcing process is required.

+ Clear, concise communication with stakeholders

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
