    We’re currently looking for a **Swing Driver** —a flexible, skilled professional who can operate across all lines of our hauling business: **Roll-Off, Rear Load, Front Load, and more** . This is a key role that supports multiple routes and helps ensure smooth operations across our service areas.

    What You’ll Do:

    As a Swing Driver, you’ll be trained and expected to cover various truck types and routes, including:

    + **Roll-Off** : Hauling large containers from commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

    + **Rear Load** : Residential and small commercial waste collection.

    + **Front Load** : Commercial waste pickup using front-loading trucks.

    + **Other hauling operations** as needed.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    + Safely operating different types of garbage trucks on assigned routes.

    + Reading and following route sheets or dispatcher instructions.

    + Performing pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment).

    + Interacting professionally and courteously with customers.

    + Assisting with other duties as assigned to support the team.

    What We Need From You:

    + **Valid Class A or B CDL** with **no automatic transmission restrictions** .

    + **Clean driving record** .

    + **Minimum 1 year of local route driving experience** .

    + Ability to adapt quickly to different vehicle types and route demands.

    + Commitment to safety and customer service.
