Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a **Sr Operations Analyst** to join our team in **Mooresville, Indiana.**
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Purpose:
Our New Product Integration Lead (NPI) ensures execution of distribution operations in collaboration with the 3PL Logistics Partner to succesfully support NPI lauches out of the Mooreville Indiana, Distribution Center. This role will be key in to lead the collaboration with the 3PL, Plannning, Franchise Planning partners, customer service partner, Functional Business Partners and Commercial Partners to ensure success.

The Distribution Center Senior Analyst will provide analysis, optimization, reporting and lead the support of distribution operations across all franchises and operating departments within the Medical Device organization. They will also lead continuous improvement activities such as Lean/Six Sigma projects, cost improvement, inventory/operations, metrics development, tracking, and solution development implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, recommend, & lead process related discussion and solutions pertaining to DC execution in partnership with 3rd party provider.
+ Drives/supports continuous improvement activities around Lean/Six Sigma projects, cost improvement projects, and inventory/operations metrics development, tracking, and solution development and implementation.
+ Conducts Business Analysis of production/inventory data to support Process Excellence activity, and drives Inventory/Operations scorecards for cost, quality, inventory, and other metrics.
+ Perform complete analysis of the movement of goods through the supply pipeline, monitor current processes, identify and analyze gaps, and develop process improvements. With focus on transportation, distribution and process change initiatives.
+ Works specifically with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System, SAP Order Entry and Invoice systems to extract Oracle Datasets to evaluate Customer Sales Rates for each product. Optimizes the pick locations and ensures that the MARC Super Users configure, Operations team replenishes, and regularly optimizes product picking flow to ensure the highest productivity, while improving quality, ergonomics, and inventory accuracy. Create and report regular scorecards and dashboards around product line balance via pick line slotting, inventory accuracy, utilization and reconciliation. Address issues and recommend solutions around noted opportunities for improvement of these processes
+ Ability to conduct what-if analysis / build scenario models by performing extensive data mining, working with complex databases, and understanding data source structures.
+ Provide real time support to identify, analyze and evaluate system opportunities in order to recommend improvements.
+ Works on CAPAs and NCs to implement corrective and preventive actions Leads and or participates in departmental/divisional/cross-company projects as assigned.
+ Regularly communicates in all directions to keep associates, peers, and management informed of project status, process changes, and opportunities.
+ Completes all other tasks/projects as assigned by management.
**Qualifications** :
Skills and Experience:
+ A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. (degree in supply chain or equivalent is preferred). A minimum of two (2) to four (4) of years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or logistics, Inventory (i.e., cycle counts, managing accurate inventory records, performing miscellaneous inventory adjustments for re-dress, quarantine, or product holds), distribution, and operations
Skills and Experience:

+ 3PL experience
+ Process and Quality driven approach.
+ Healthcare experience working in a GMP environment.
+ SAP and SQL experience.
