    Purpose:

    The **GTO Project Lead** will be responsible for coordinating Labeling design control activities that are required for changes to evolve our suture portfolio. The scope of this activity includes defining package type, box type, IFU/language variants and ensuring a standard process is followed to deliver a standard product portfolio for the future. Additionally, this position will be accountable to provide guidance and support to the project team consolidating the design documentation crucial to completing the regulatory submissions and the final project objectives.

     

    This role will require expert project management skills to drive the code-level product changes across overlapping projects across key strategic programs resulting from technology changes, graphic changes, packaging changes, and line extensions while realizing efficiencies in consolidating design work and implementation of converging projects.

     

    **Key Responsibilities** :

    + Responsible for acting as key SME for GTO Design change Projects related to Labeling.

    + Manage overall Project/Program lifecycle acting as the Design control lead for end to end Project implementation.

    + With oversight and input, defines actions that need to be taken to achieve project objectives.

    + Responsible for presenting business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

    + Accountable to lead project and share status using latest technology and tools available.

    + Help to find resolution of design control/project timeline problems.

    + Collaborates successfully with key business partners (manufacturing, quality, engineering...) to plan and implement project plans.

    + Edits and finalizes technical documentation to verify compliance to technical specifications and standards.

    + Applies and schedules the accurate level of resources to facilitate attainment of project goals within established timelines and budget.

    + Responsible for ensuring that core team members follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.

    + Performs other tasks assigned as needed.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Engineering or an equivalent science degree

    + Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in Project Management.

    + Strong Project Management skills.

    + Digital and growth mindset.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal relation and influencing skills.

    + High quality awareness.

    + Independent, accurate

    + Advanced English.

    Preferred:

    + MBA or equivalent experience in Project Management

    + Design Change (DCN) Projects experience.

    + PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    The anticipated salary range for this role is $76,000 to $127,650.00
