We are searching for the best talent for **Labeling Analyst** to be in **Raritan, NJ.**
Job Summary
The Labeling Analyst, Labeling Lead, and Principal Labeling Lead are responsible for coordinating, driving, and managing labeling change execution as part of new product development, lifecycle management, and special projects. Position is aligned with J&J MedTech.
Duties & Responsibilities
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
+ Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
+ Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
+ For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
+ Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
+ Performs other duties assigned as needed
+ Accountable for executing Labeling Change documentation and execution of label development tasks.
+ Responsible for completion of the Label Assessment, redline of artwork, coordination with internal labeling process partners and stakeholders, and translation management.
+ Responsible for compliance tasks in support of non-conformances and CAPAs
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
+ 1-4 Years Work Experience
+ Experience working in a regulated environment
+ Experience coordinating medical device labeling changes preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $79,000 to $127,000 annually.
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
