    Position Description

    As a Telecommunications Specialist, you\u2019ll play a key role in configuring, installing, and supporting the Reynolds Integrated Telephone System (RITS) for our clients. This position combines hands-on technical work with exceptional customer service, ensuring each installation runs smoothly and meets our high standards.You\u2019ll collaborate with clients to assess their hardware needs, conduct site surveys to prepare for installations, and troubleshoot any factors that could impact deployment. You\u2019ll also help keep client systems running reliably long after installation. Technical documentation skills are a plus, as accurate records help drive efficiency and long-term system success.Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with clients to determine hardware and system needs.- Conduct site surveys and create detailed installation plans.- Prepare, transport, and install telecommunications equipment.- Verify system functionality and provide ongoing support.- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where no two days are alike.     Training

    Requirements

    Experience in working with VoIP phone systems~^~Must have a valid driver\u2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI\/DUI\/DWI violations in the last five years~^~Ability to travel at least 25%~^~Experience with troubleshooting customer problems~^~CCNA, A+, Networking, and Phone systems skills are a plus~^~Customer and\/or field service experience is a plus
