Job Description
This role focuses on becoming a functional expert in customer data and driving strategic analytics initiatives. Responsibilities include:
• Define data elements, provide input on data structure, and maintain business reporting
• Lead high-priority projects ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely delivery
• Align priorities with business needs through consistent communication with key partners
• Provide recommendations to guide Customer Analytics strategy
• Lead internal team training and potentially manage a direct report
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer data needs and deliver insights, dashboards, and reporting
• Drive implementation of customer modeling and support personalization deployment
• Develop and interpret customer dashboards for leadership
• Troubleshoot dashboards and reporting using database and tool knowledge
• Train end users on new reports, dashboards, and modeling processes

Skills and Requirements
• Expert-level SQL skills (preferred expert in other programs as well)
• Experience with Alteryx and Tableau
• Demonstrated leadership in training or project management
• Expertise with large data sets and relational databases
• Ability to clearly communicate customer data insights to various audiences, including leadership
• Experience with Retail Point of Sale (POS) or Loyalty Program Data
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak) • Experience working with Customer Data
• Familiarity with Customer Analytics strategy and personalization modeling
