Job Description
An employer is looking for a TSSCI Queue Manager to sit in Rosslyn, VA. This person will join a team of 2 to oversee JIRA-based workflows while driving operational insights through data analytics. This role goes beyond ticket triage, requiring hands-on experience with data pulls, dashboard creation, and trend analysis to identify performance gaps and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to streamline queue operations, interpret complex datasets, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Active TSSCI with ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field with 4 years of experience (additional years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree)
3+ years of experience in using a tool like JIRA for queue management and data analytics.
Proficiency in Excel or any other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create visuals and data representation of the trends
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and communicate findings effectively
Understanding of ITL ITlL Cert and fundamentals
IAT Level II Certification (Sec+ or equivalent)
Experience in IT operations, support, or systems administration is a plus.
Familiarity with Atlassian Analytics and JIRA Service Management dashboards
Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical techniques.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
