Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full-cycle project management for commercial and multifamily construction projects. This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years as a Project Manager for a General Contractor.
Industry Background: Commercial or multifamily construction projects.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
